    Hi. I’m using the ENFOLD theme (great theme) and the website has been set up for a couple of months. I have just tried to add a new image and I keep getting an error. It crunches through and then I get “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

    Can you please take a look at this?

    Hey ableart!

    You are currently using Enfold version 1.7. Please update it to the version 2.3.2. There have been many bug fixes and improvements in the theme since version 1.7. You should login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold with, then go to Downloads and download Enfold.

    Please remove browser cache then reload the page a few times. Please try it on another browser. If you have a cache plugin, flush the settings. You can post the login details here and set it as a private reply.

    Hi!

    The Gravity Forms plugin causes the issue. I deactivated it now. Please update it to the latest version and it should work.
