April 3, 2017 at 5:06 pm #771223Hi, I have used your theme on over a dozen sites and have never had this problem. When I click on “add new media” and “select files” nothing happens!!!! Can you assist? April 3, 2017 at 5:25 pm #771237Hey bauchope, Have you tried disabling all installed plugins to see if one may be causing the issue? Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 3, 2017 at 5:38 pm #771245Yes, it’s not the plugins. In fact I have only just uploaded the theme this afternoon and was about to start building the site but can’t even upload a logo. I haven’t added anything onto it yet? Perhaps I have made an error in the theme upload? April 3, 2017 at 5:45 pm #771249Hi, Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 4, 2017 at 10:33 am #771628still not working – theme has loaded fine on ftp but still not able to add images. Can you suggest another fix? April 4, 2017 at 6:45 pm #771913Hi, I am trying to log in with the credentials you posted above but it is not working. Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 5, 2017 at 10:26 am #772369strange – they are the logins and I have tried them again this morning – can you try again please? April 5, 2017 at 3:54 pm #772627Hi, What device and browser are you using? I am using a PC and Chrome and was able to load an image to the library without issue. I left it in there for you to see. Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 5, 2017 at 4:24 pm #772650PC and Chrome. I can see you have added an image but it won’t work on mine. I have also tried it on other browsers and pc’s. Still no joy. I have added the ftp credentials for you to have a look at if that helps. I have onle just uploaded the theme – no plugins. Very strange. April 5, 2017 at 6:48 pm #772744Hi, Have you tried to load it from a different device? Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 6, 2017 at 10:03 am #773054yes – my boss tried to do it and it is still not working. I really need to get this site built. April 6, 2017 at 5:22 pm #773351Hi,
No error messages are being produced? I apologize this is taking so long.Best regards,
 Jordan ShannonApril 7, 2017 at 3:51 pm #774043Hi,
Just tried again and it only now works in browser uploader – which is fine as I can get the images uploaded with this. However, now I am beginning to think the upload of the Enfold theme might have been corrupted.I will carry on for the moment using this way but if I get any more problems I will let you know. many thanks
KimApril 7, 2017 at 4:02 pm #774052Hi, I am glad it is functioning, if you run into further issue I will keep this thread open. Best regards,
 Jordan ShannonMay 18, 2017 at 11:01 am #795779Hi,
I am still having problems uploading any image to this site. Can you please have a look and let me know if there is something that I have missed. This is quite urgent now – I really need to find a fix soonMany thanks
KimMay 18, 2017 at 11:04 am #795784Hi, Is it the same issue, or any new developments? Best regards,
Jordan ShannonMay 18, 2017 at 11:09 am #795787Seems to be the same issue Jordan – when we upload an image either in browser upload or normal upload it just appears as an icon in the media library. Before I was managing to upload in the browser upload but now that is no longer working. Kim May 18, 2017 at 11:46 am #795811Hi, Have you attempted to increase the PHP memory limit of the WordPress installation? http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/ Best regards,
Jordan ShannonMay 18, 2017 at 12:34 pm #795839it doesn’t appear to be the size of the images – they are uploading but they appear as image icons in the library. This problem has existed since I downloaded the theme at the very beginning of the build. The only thing I can think of doing is deleting the theme and downloading a new version but I don’t want to have to pay for another licence for Enfold. Unless you can suggest something else? May 18, 2017 at 3:32 pm #795945Hi, Have you attempted to upload with the default WordPress theme activated? Best regards,
 Jordan Shannon
