    Hi there,

    On our page we had images that used to play as lightbox with vimeo video. We set it to manual link and had the vimeo link and it used to lightbox and played the video when clicking on the image. Now it just directs you to the vimeo page? If you go our site you will see the image “why video advertising” which will direct you to vimeo rather than lightbox with video playing.

    I have the same problem.

    I set the Title Link to “Set Manually”…

    Then enter my YouTube URL…

    Set “Open in new window” to “Open in same window”…

    However, it opens the YouTube video on the YouTube video URL page, rather than on-page in the lightbox as desired.

    From reading the multiple issues many people seem to have with this, this appears to be faulty. Is that correct?

    @ngfilms     as i see that you have another lightbox plugin installed “Responsive Lightbox”. If you would like to disable built in lightbox, please go to Enfold theme options and uncheck “Lightbox Modal Window”


    @eviang     please make sure to add your YouTube link in such form – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNsU5edolvk and not https://youtu.be/dNsU5edolvk form :)

    Hi Yigit,

    So I disabled the other lightbox in my plugin to avoid problems and kept the Enfold feature “lightbox” active and it still does not work? Once you click on the image on that page (which I provide below) it goes directly to Vimeo page, rather than opening a lightbox feature. It used to work with no problem, until lately.

    Hi!

    Can you please enable built in lightbox once again and try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    There are bunch of errors in console currently

    I actually deleted the other lightbox plugin and only kept the enfold lightbox feature “on” and still no luck. Like I mentioned before, it used to work and now nothing at all. It just brings you to the vimeo page instead.

    Hi,

    The problem was that you used an image element, I put a video element beneath it and it’s working as expected.
