    I have spent the last 2 days trying to get my clients lighbox working for their images. I have reinstalled the enfold theme, made sure none of my plugins were conflicting, and yet I still am unable to get the images to open in the lightbox. instead they open directly to the image url. I made sure to check to make sure the checkbox was seletec in the theme settings. I am hoping Enfold Support can help me fix this for my client. I can’t figure out whats wrong with it. If you go to this page there is a image gallery on the page, these SHOULD open in the lightbox but they are not.

    Hey bswallow,

    It looks like you have active caching on the site, did you try to remove and disable that? If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi bswallow,

    You have the header.php file in your child theme, you need to update it with the fresh copy and add the changes that were there before on top of the fresh copy.
