    Currently running 3.08 and had to update woocomm. Products are no longer displaying the variations – support forums directed us to contact the theme developer for support.

    We actually tried the latest version of the theme with the latest version of woocomm and it still doesn’t work. What else would you suggest?

    Hi,

    You have 3 versions of the theme and none of them are the latest version (4.0.7), could you try updating again please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    It’s installed on our staging server.

    You can see that once the new theme and latest version of woo are installed the page layout is different and just like our current issue the variations don’t work.

    HOw many variations you have per product?
    There is an issue with 5+ if that is the case

    There are some with more than 5 and some with less. The issue is happening on all of the products.

    If you’re referring to the issue with needing to increase the max var – we have already done that.

    I am sorry, but I’m not finding any of this terribly helpful. Is there a fix for the issue? Will you support me in the fix? It’s been a week of back and forth without any actual solutions.

    Hi,

    Please upgrade the theme to version 4.0.7. Go to Enfold > Shop Options panel then set the “Product gallery settings” to the second option (WooCommerce 3.0 Product Gallery).
