Hi there,
I think this may be a theme issue (I’m using Enfold) but I’m not sure. I’m having issues with photos and input fields not showing up on only one page of our website. After playing around in WordPress I am unable to edit the pages that are having the issues, or even create and edit a completely new page. I thought I would post the issues I’ve been having here first and see what happens. The page that is causing the most problems is the Student page from our site: http://www.BeniciaHomeEfficiency.org. There should be an image at the top and scrolling down to the bottom, there should be input fields to enter info (name, address, etc.). I’m not sure how to fix the problem and move forward.

Help! I’m pretty confident it is a theme issue. I’ve deactivated plugins, etc, and nothing is allowing me to edit page content or even access media. I’d hate to have to use a different theme and redesign the entire site for something that should be an easy fix!
Still need help! Since there isn’t a way to contact customer service and we HAVE to post in the forum, it’s not very effective when you don’t receive a response..

I looked through your website and everything seems fine to me. I can’t see any issue. Images in your slider are showing fine for me. Can you please show us the issue using screenshots? you can use imgur.com to host them. Please give us a mockup of what you want to achieve.
However you are using a very old version of Enfold (v2.9.1). There have been lots of changes made in the meantime, so please update to v3.0.8.

It’s not the images in the slider. Please see above. The issue is on the Students tab. There should be an image at the top that is not showing up. Also, still on the Students page, when you scroll to the bottom of the page the Apply Here link is not working. You can try it. Input fields don’t show up allowing to put in your info. We just want one image to show up on the Student page. The article content can remain the same. Then we need to input fields to show up, so potential student interns can apply and enter their name, address, grade in school, and upload their resume and cover letter.I also couldn’t find the Enfold update. On WordPress it says that my theme is the latest version and no updates are available.

Yes, I am using v2.9.2, however, there are not any updates available. I’ve checked and it keeps saying I am up to date. This is getting a little ridiculous. Where is the customer service?? Is there a number I can call to speak to someone?

Go ahead and update Enfold to the latest version, 3.0.8, as Andy suggested. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
That should fix your problem but if your still having issues then send us a WordPress login (make sure your reply is set to private) and we’ll take a closer look.
