    Hi Rikard,

    I have a problem with all images on my website, also thumbnails in media library are not showing. Imported backups didn’t change anything. Can you help?

    Hi Oliver,

    Thanks for that. I see that your server is returning 403 errors (forbidden) for all images in your media library. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, since it’s not controlled by the theme. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider for further help please? If you need further help from us, then please share server error logs with us. If you want to try to debug this yourself, then please try to deactivate all plugins, and activate a different theme, to see if that changes anything.

    Thanks for the info Rikard! There is a problem with the provider 1 & 1. Let’s see when the problem is resolved.
