Images are failing to show on all property details pages. Here is and example

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked it using this plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting and the problem seems to be caused by the child theme.
If Enfold (parent) theme is activated and same plugins are activated, the images in the slider shows up properly.Best regards,

It’s not yet fixed but I have pointed out the cause of the issue which is the child theme.
However, I will not touch the child theme files since I don’t have your permission to modify it.
Also, we’ll need FTP access in order to find out which specific file and code are causing the issue.Best regards,

Thanks, I have removed the js error from the child theme however the images are still not appearing.
Can you tell us where to modify the slider? if I click on the edit page, it goes to the posts page.
If I check on the web inspector, the images do not have an src attribute.Best regards,

Enfold theme images works fine on details pages.
Child theme does not.
Still something wrong in child theme.

Are you currently working on the site?
I was trying to find the cause of the missing image issue however the plugins were suddenly removed from the site.
I’m currently using the File Manager plugin in order to access the files.Best regards,

This is now fixed.
The reason why it’s not working on the child theme is that the Disable jQuery Migrate option in Enfold > Performance is turned on.Best regards,
