    Hello,

    We are currently experiencing an issue with our website where all the uploaded images appear correct on desktop (on all browsers), but some of those images are appearing blank (blank box) on mobile devices (tested on iphone 11).

    I checked through the image library to look at the images that were working and the images that were not working. I was unable to find a clear pattern to why this is.

    My best guess is there could be a security feature on mobile browsers blocking some images from appearing, but I do not have a good method to confirm this.

    Would anyone happen to have an idea on how to troubleshoot this?

    I don’t have an iphone 11 to test with unfortunately, could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you load the site in an incognito/private window on your mobile device?

    Hi Rikard,

    There is no difference between those modes and trying different browsers on mobile.

    Some steps I have taken:
    – Re-configured w3 total chance to recommended settings as well as uninstalling the plugin
    – Uninstalled image optimization plugin/ re-installed and optimized images

    I checked your website on my iphone and also asked a friend of mine to check but images show up fine on our end.
