    Dear team,

    I have a problem with an enfold-website on firefox.
    My pictures are not loading correctly. In safari and IE I have no problems.
    Could you please spent a few minutes to have a quick look?

    Hey Sven,

    They seem to be loading fine on my end, but it looks like you are using a lazy load plugin? What happens if you disable that?

    Hey Rikard,

    thank you for your time. I disable lazy load but still have the problem.
    Sometimes the page ist loading fine – but after refreshing pics are missing or only half.
    Are you able to see the full width pics on the top after refreshing?

    Hello Rikard,

    sorry but it did not work.
    I really don’t know where the problem is and no Plugin is active. I never had this before.
    In Firefox the pictures are not loading or only half or half but in a very bad quality.
    strange…

    any ideas? The images are not loading on safari mobile as well. I reuploaded every image but it is still broken.

    Hello Victoria,

    I have installed a naked WordPress installation in a new subfolder and exported/ imported all settings and media. After switching the root to this new folder everything worked fine.

    Hello Victoria,

    unfortunately, we have to reopen this case.
    After the completely new setup everything worked fine on firefox. But today without any changes some pictures are not shown.
    I am getting crazy about that….

    EDIT: Ok, I found the Problem: Matomo Analytics did whatever on the page. After deactivating everything worked.
