    Hi!

Sorry for the delay. Please edit the themes/enfold/config-rank-math/config.php file, remove the content, then replace it with the following code: https://pastebin.com/depLLt3N

After the file modification, make sure to edit and update one of the pages to regenerate the sitemap.

    Regards,
    Ismael

it works well Ismael. thank you very much. now i can see all of my images in the sitemap.
another problem by rankmath and enfold i recently found is about pagination and “next” and “prev” rel for better SEO. when i use ALB and we have pagination (like as blog posts). i checked the source page and there are no “prev” and “next” rel. you can check my home page.
    https://kojachetor.com/.
also, you should attention to this subject that pagination canonical rel confirmed for every page such as 2, 3, 4, and…. just canonical of page 1 must refer to home page. if you check my home page source, in all pages of pagination, canonical refers to the home page!!! it si not good for SEO. rankmath do it correctly when I do not use ALB.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

i recently found is about pagination and “next” and “prev” rel for better SEO

We’ve found a thread related to this issue that might be helpful. Please check the links below:

yeah. these threads exactly refer to my recent challenge(correct canonical address in pagination for ALB). but non of the codes that rankmath team offer for solving this problem not work in ALB of enfold theme. you can try it.

    #1442722

Again i refer to the first problem. most of the images are not indexed in Google and I assumed that the reason is images not involved in the sitemap. your codes show my images in the sitemap but are still not indexed in Google. i checked robots.txt and the hosting condition and another technical problem. but I doubt that the image indexing issue is related to the theme or not. because in GSC==>pages===> Crawled – currently not indexed, there are many pictures, especially in .jpg format that can not indexed. what is your idea?

    Hi,

Have you tried submitting your sitemap to Google again? Please note that it might take some time for the search results to be updated.

yes. the last crawl of the sitemap was successful and GSC showed green condition without any errors.

    Hi,
It sounds like this is sorted out now, shall we close this thread then?

hi mike. the first problem was solved. but second about canonical address in pagination pages exists Please solve it in ALB

    #1443765

    Hi,
Thanks for your feedback but I’m not sure that I can explain your issue, please explain further so we can present it to the Dev Team.

    Best regards,
    Mike

the explanation is very easy. in pagination mode in ALB, the canonical URL must refer to page numbers. for example, we have 5 pages. just in page one the canonical must refer to the Home page. On page2,3,4 and five it must refer to page2, page3, page4 and page 5. now in ALB, when we have pagination and use rankmath plugin, all pagination canonical URLs refer to the home page. the problem is not related to rankmath because when we use Gutenberg page builder all things are correct and just when we use ALB in Enfold this challenge is appear.!!!! in fact it is related to Enfold compatibility with rankmath plugin. for example I send to you a URL in page number 3 in ALB pagination in private. please check the page source and see the canonical URL to home page!

    Hi,
The url ?avia-element-paging=3 is correct and the Dev Tea has set this to not interfere with the WordPress pagination.
In the past the pagination was as you point out but it caused a conflict and so the Dev Team changed this, if you feel this is in error you can submit a request to the Dev Team in their Github Feature Request for users to place requests and follow them as the Dev Team reviews them.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    #1446448

thank you mike. but i suggest google method to your team that they say obviously that ” Don’t use the first page of a paginated sequence as the canonical page. Instead, give each page in its own canonical URL.”
    https://developers.google.com/search/docs/specialty/ecommerce/pagination-and-incremental-page-loading

    #1446456

    Hi,
Thanks for the link, it recommends using ?page=n for pagination, this is their example:
    Enfold Support 5910
we use ?avia-element-paging=n it is the same, it doesn’t have to be the word page.
If you feel this is still an error you can submit a request to the Dev Team in their Github Feature Request for the Dev Team to review it.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    #1446471

oh mike!!! Why don’t we understand each other? Ok. the problem is not about URL, please. for each URL your ?avia-element-pagin=n your theme have “rel=canonical= homepage” you should attention to next line of your image. i send you 2 images and I indicate by red line.

    #1446487

    Hi,
The pagination link doesn’t have a rel=canonical, only the page, and this is not a new page so it would not change.
So you would like to see the page change the canonical when the pagination is used, what do you think that it should change to.
Please explain an I will open a Github Feature Request for you, if you don’t want to.

    Best regards,
    Mike
