    Hello!

    I’ve been using your theme for a fair bit of time however just recently (without any known updates being applied), images are no longer being displayed on the majority of my website. Can you please help? I’ve disabled all plugins and the problem still persists.

    Hi Rshaules!

    Can you please re-update the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    JS files seem to be broken now

    Hello Yigit,

    Thanks so much for your reply! I’ve overwritten all files however the issue is still present. Can you please advise of any suggestions of how I can fix this issue?

    Hey Richard!

    I couldn’t see any images not loading on your site, did you manage to get it fixed? If not, please provide us with the exact page the problem occurs and how to reproduce the errors.

    Hello Rikard!

    Thanks for the post. I’ve rechecked my homepage (www.protorah.com) and still seeing the same issue. There should be a fullwidth easy slider directly underneath the top menu and logo, complete with four images set at “featured large (1500×630)”. When I click this component to edit it, I can see that the four images are defined in the slider, however when viewing the page in either safari or firefox, these images are missing. Instead of seeing the images, I see a large blank space with three dots under the image as well as left and right arrows besides the empty space.

    Any help you can provide here would be great! Thanks!

    Hi Richard!

    I get the same results on both Safari and Firefox as I do on Chrome, and the slider is displaying on all of them. Could you please try to empty your (problem) browser cache, restart and reload a few times? Also, if possible, check on another machine.
