    Hello,

    I’m using last wordpress and enfold versions, on a multisite.
    I have shotpixel active and registred.
    no cache plugins
    no cdn

    The images fail to load randomly. I tried to disable the performance options, no luck.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see that all image resources on the page are returning 403 errors, that means that access to them is forbidden. Could you try checking the permission level for the folder which they are located in please? If you need help with that, then please provide us with FTP login details in private as well.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to check if they can see why the server is responding with 403 errors please? The theme doesn’t set anything like that, so it must be something else causing this problem.
