Hi,
Everything was fine on my website, and then suddenly today, there are images missing in certain places. Can you please take a look and let me know what’s going on? Thank you so much! Here are a couple of pages as examples where you see a ton of white space. Images have been there for years and are now gone. Also, some of my H2 headers are now not showing at the right size. I am assuming these issues are related maybe?
Thank you,
Justinehttps://townleypoolandspa.com/tylo-traditional-saunas/ (images missing, plus at the bottom where it says “request a quote,” the background image disappeared and the headline “request a quote” got really little.

Thanks for the login details. What happens if you clear or disable all cache?

Nothing changes.
Thanks,
JustineJanuary 24, 2026 at 9:32 pm #1494278Hi,
Also, I can see all the images when I am editing and previewing a page. I just can’t see them on the live site if that helps.
Thanks!January 25, 2026 at 2:34 pm #1494283Hi,
If you are getting different results depending on your logged in status, then it’s almost certainly a caching problem. There is nothing in the theme which would cause that. If you didn’t try it before, then try deactivating all cache. If you should need further help, then I would advise that you reach out to the developers of your caching plugin.

RikardJanuary 26, 2026 at 11:39 pm #1494349Hi, Rikard,
Actually, that doesn’t seem to be the problem at all. I was mistaken, too, and I can’t see some of the images either way. Could you please take a look and see if you notice anything? Thanks so very much!!
JustineJanuary 27, 2026 at 5:33 am #1494357Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We checked the pages, but we didn’t find any elements in the left cell of the first Grid Row element. Was there a Gallery element there before? Unfortunately, we’re not sure why it was removed. You may need to re-add the element.

IsmaelJanuary 27, 2026 at 5:01 pm #1494383Hi,
I am not sure what page you are looking at, but I can see all the images in the backend. For example, on this page: https://townleypoolandspa.com/service/.
The top left image is missing on both desktop and mobile, but i can see it in the backend. Likewise, there is an image background behind the area toward the bottom of the page that says “Ready to Schedule Service?” and it’s not showing up. In addition, those words are usually much larger, and now they are small. Please help – i have tried everything!
Thank you,
justineJanuary 27, 2026 at 6:51 pm #1494388Hi,
The images are appearing on my end now. I’m guessing that the cache finally cleared.

RikardJanuary 27, 2026 at 8:50 pm #1494392Well, I am not sure. There are still no images on this page, and the h2 titles are still tiny. Thoughts? Thank you!
JustineJanuary 28, 2026 at 5:40 am #1494408Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The issue occurs because the site can’t load the post css files. We found the following error in the console, which may be caused by file permission issues or an incorrect redirect.
Refused to apply style from ‘https://site.com/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/avia_posts_css/post-5453.css?ver=ver-1769574719’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.
Please ask your hosting provider to check and configure the file permissions for the /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/ folder. Make sure it is set to 755 for folders and 644 for files.
Best regards,
Ismael -
