You can insert your username and API key in Enfold theme options and receive auto updates – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Other than that, unfortunately there is no way to download the theme. You can contact Envato support because the theme should be in Downloads section if you are sure that you logged in using the account you purchased Enfold :)

I have a very similar problem. I installed the realty press plugin for real estate listings and they use an image slider but it’s not working with Enfold theme. If I activate theme 2015, it works perfect. When it loads a listing, it also automatically scrolls down to the bottom of the page which also I don’t want. I upgraded to theme version 3.5.2 but still not working.
One more problem, the buttons used by the listings show a white bar on hover, which it ;looks like it’s coming from a setting in the theme for background-position: -15px, which I can’t overwrite.Can you help with this please?

Thank you for using Enfold. However, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the plugin author regarding the issue. This is probably a script conflict between the theme and the plugin. Is it possible to replace the plugin slider with the theme’s slider?

As I said, it works with 2015 theme, so it looks to me that is more a theme related problem than a plugin problem. Anyway, the plugin support guys spent a good time looking for the problem but they couldn’t find it, so I reach out to you guys for help. I’m stuck here, and can’t replace that plugin as the real estate plugins are very scarce here in Canada and we invested lots of time into making it work.
Can you please take a look and see where the problem comes from?
Not sure if it will work for you, but I found when the transition for my fullwidth easy slider on my frontpage was set to ‘fade’ it sometimes did not correctly start the slideshow. I changed the transition to ‘slide sidewards’ and it behaved much better.
