    Hey guys,

I’m having a problem I just can’t fix. Even googling in your awesome forum didn’t help this time.
My page doesn’t display the icon of the “jump to the top button”, as well as the social media button icons at the top of the page.
I have worked with enfold on another page, I didn’t have this problem there. Can you help me please?

    Thanks in advance. Best regards,
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

    Hey Rikard,

thank you for your answer. Unfortunately it didn’t work.
I added the code to the .htaccess file, but there wasn’t a web.config file in the folder. I then googled it and added the web.config file manually (following this guide: https://solutions.hostmysite.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/8793/278/wordpress-webconfig-file-for-windows) and added your code to it too, but it still didn’t work.

Did I do something wrong? I’ll add links to screenshots of my files to the private content area. Maybe it’ll help.

    Thank you very much,
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for the screenshots. Please see private for the error message which is causing the problem, why is the font being loaded from that domain? Could you try loading it from the actual domain instead?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey Rikard,

thanks for your help. Really appreaciate your guys support!

How do I load it from another domain?

One thing I’ve done is to edit the Website-URL in the WordPress settings to http://www.einfachmaria.de, because otherwise you always would end on the URL http://h35288.web113.dogado.net if you try to reach the page. Could that have something to do with the problem? Or is it found somewhere else?

And if I change it back, and it works then, does that mean I cant have a custom URL on this webhost my client is using?

    Best regards,
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

Did you transfer the site from the dogado domain or is it still hosted there? The problem is that the site is on one domain and then loading resources from another, the browser won’t allow that unfortunately.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
