Image Won't Appear On Desktop Site, Shows on Mobile

Hi Enfold Support,

Our site landing page features a “Full-Size” image that has seemingly disappeared / stopped working. We’ve tried creating an entirely new image element, re-uploading the original image as a different file name, etc. The image also does not show in the element image settings, nor the avia editor. It *does* appear on the mobile version, and it will appear in the editor and page if and only if it is not “Full-Size” (unfortunately it does not suit our needs to have the image appear smaller as “Medium” or another pre-set ratio like “Portfolio”.

We also use WP Smush.it to compress our images, and thought perhaps this could have caused the issue – but after uploading an entirely new image with Smush.it turned off, there was no change in the error experienced.

The theme is updated to the most recent version according to Enfold Settings: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.1.3)”
