On our site we have integrated pictures with hotspots. Unfortunately the hotspots are jumping partly and the content can only be seen if the mouse stays on them. Is there a problem with Javascript here?
We have deactivated all plugins as a test. But unfortunately nothing changes. Please have a look at our site.
Thanks for your help!

June 11, 2020 at 8:16 pm #1221886Hey Tobias,
Sorry for the late reply!
I de-activated “GTranslate” plugin and that helped. It was adding additional HTML tags inside element.
While I was there, I chose to use WP Classic editor in Enfold theme options and deleted your “Classic editor” plugin, as it is unnecessary :)
Please review your website.

thanks for your help!
Which Google Language Translator Plugin do yo recommend?
Best regards
TobiasJune 11, 2020 at 9:28 pm #1221897Hi Tobias,
Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with Google Translator plugins so I cannot recommend any but if you could find one that does not alter HTML, it should work fine :)

YigitJune 11, 2020 at 9:31 pm #1221900Hi, Yigit,
we have now tried some. Unfortunately none of our tested ones works. Which script causes the conflict? Maybe we can work around it by rewriting the plugin code?
Thanks for your feedback.

June 11, 2020 at 10:00 pm #1221904Hi Tobias,
It adds “font” HTML tags inside hotspots. I do not think they would do that if it was optional but please feel free to contact plugin authors, they might have a workaround for such cases :)

the problem only exists if I am logged in to the site. As a visitor it works without problems. Please check it once when you access the page. The password is: Erfolg

June 12, 2020 at 10:08 am #1221983Hi Tobias,
When you logged out, it is definitely better however sometimes when you over on hotspots it does not display the content. Attached a screenshot in private content field.
Have you tried contacting plugin authors? They might have experienced such issue before and therefore might know a workaround :)
Best regards,
YigitJune 12, 2020 at 10:11 am #1221984Hi, Yigit,
thanks for the tip – I didn’t notice that.
It is difficult to inform the support, because they have to log in. Unfortunately I cannot describe the problem so well.
Many greetings
Tobias
