I’m mocking up a new home page and I am seeing that I cannot add the sidebar. I have tried doing it on the page itself as theme wide I had disabled the sidebar. and I have tried enabling the sidebar in theme options. Still won’t work.

Here is the page in question:

I have a row of images with hotspots. I now see that the sidebar will not display until i add a text box under the row of images with hotspots.

Is there a way to have the sidebar display to the right of the page next to the images with hotspots?

    Best,
    Dameon

    Hi Dameon,

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Note that if you use full width elements like Color Sections the sidebar will appear after them. Try using for instance a 1/1 element instead if that is the case.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

Also deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Best regards,
    Andy
