Can you please elaborate? What kind of issue are you having? A link to your website would help
Best regards,

We don’t typically release individual IP’s so it would need to be viewable with either an admin login or something similar.
Some typical troubleshooting is to deactivate all active plugins and then check the output again.
Then adding in the hotspot element should go like this http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/creating-images-with-hotspots/

DevinAugust 6, 2014 at 4:55 pm #300750Ok, I’ll try with deactivation, currently I’m using store locator plus, Gravity Forms and WPML, any known issue with them ?
I understand about ip address but at the moment I cannot open it to public, let’s see if it will solve through deactivation check.
Thanks
August 6, 2014 at 5:16 pm #300767WPML and Gravity Forms are both support so there should be no issue there. I’m not sure about the other one however but if its using the same script by chance to display the hover text/icons that could potentially cause an issue.

August 7, 2014 at 12:40 am #300896Hello Devin,
my excuses,
I had to recover backup because website was available to general public, I tried a basic installation and it doesn’t work or better it seems not to work, hotspots numbers appeared in bottom left corner and weren’t draggable so I thought there was no way and I recover last backup and, bam, it worked after a new upgrade from 2.8 to 2.9 first deleting all files in theme directory.
I don’t know why but it worked with all plugins activated.
I tested, admin, with Chrome .
Thanks for your support
