    Hey,

    I have been trying to upload an image with hotspots, but any time i try to use it, it does not appear. If i use just an image, the image appears just fine. Any guidance would be helpful!

    Hey jlpanek,

    Can you give us admin access? so we can check the backend. Just post the login details in the Private Content so only moderators can view.

    Hi,

    remove all your elements on the page in question, update your page, and finally re create everything.

    However, it seems to me that the png you want to use is not correctly uploaded inside your WP media files. So upload it again. I created a test page with a jpeg from yours where it’s working fine (s. link in private).

    Every time i try to upload the image, i get an HTTP error. Details of the error in the private content section. Not really sure what is going on, but images do not seem to upload for me anymore…

    Hi,

    does this happen when using a default WP theme as well? please let us know about your results about this.

    Sounds to me like your WP installation is corrupt, so go ahead re install it.

    Also talk to your host about this issue.
