Image with Hotspot issue

I am using an image with Hotspots.

I drag my Hotspots to place them (works fine), but when I view my page, Hotspots remain in the top-left corner.
These do not appear where I had placed them.

How can I correct this ?
Is is a plugin issue ?

(I have placed the hotspot in the middle of the bicycle crank axle, but it show in the top-left corner somehow ???)
