    Hello,

    We have a corporate infographic / diagram that would look great using the “Image with Hotspots” element. The problem is, the respective element is completely missing from my Avia Layout Builder.

    Am I missing something…? WordPress, Themes, Widgets, and Plug-ins are all updated. Please help.

    I should note, I’m using MAMP to develop my site locally before its public launch.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The element is located on the Media Elements panel. Please try to remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.

    Ismael, hello.

    I’m a stickler for deleting my Internet cache, but the “Image with Hotspots” is still not showing up in Media Elements.

    I’m really not sure what to do. Any other suggestions…?

    Hey Anthony

    You are most probably using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.1 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

    Yigit, hello.

    I did as you recommended (updated the theme via FTP) and my problem seems to have been resolved… I can now see the “Image with Hotspot” Media Element.
