    Hello-

    We’re having some issues uploading images to Media. They appear to complete loading but there is some kind of error taking place – no thumbnail is available in the library and nothing appears when we click on the image. Could you please advise? See “ghost-chairs-3” for an example.

    Hey LiskaD!

    You’ll need to update WordPress and Enfold to the latest versions. The versions your currently using are fairly old. Let us know when your done and we’ll take another look.

    Hello –
    We updated WordPress and Enfold with the most recent version in mid-January. Everything was working fine, but we’re now experiencing the same image upload issues. WP, theme and plugins are all up-to-date. Could you please advise at your earliest convenience?

    Hi,

    I tried uploading the Kriesi logo without any problems, see url in private. Could you upload an image which you are having problems with to a service like imgur.com so that we can try from our end please?

    Hey!

    We uploaded the image you provided and checked for the issue with the images you mentioned everything looks fine. When i click on the image it takes me to the edit options which looks fine as well…

    Please clear cache on your browser and check again.
