July 16, 2015 at 7:22 am #474086Hey Ross_nineteen789!
I tried uploading a picture with the same results, could you check the file permissions of your uploads folder please? https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
Cheers!
RikardJuly 16, 2015 at 12:29 pm #474215Hi Rikard,
I have checked the permissions folder and all fine. Nothing has been changes at all, it suddenly stopped working last week.
Any other ideas?

July 17, 2015 at 10:27 am #474766Hey!
Did you have any CSS customisations in the theme before updating? If so they were overwritten. Do you have any screenshots of how it should look like?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 17, 2015 at 10:34 am #474768No CSS customisations at all and cant access previous version of the website.
The image issue has not been resolved either.
Thanks
July 20, 2015 at 1:45 pm #475792Hi!
it seems that there are some corrupted files on the installation. Please delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Always be sure to have a backup.
Best regards,
AndyJuly 21, 2015 at 5:55 pm #476655Hello Andy,
I have already done this and have just re-done it without any success.
Please feel free to access the FTP for yourself, I have added login details below.
Thanks
RossJuly 22, 2015 at 10:58 am #476967Hey!
I checked the files via FTP and the wp-content folder and folders inside it doesn’t have the correct file permission. It is currently set to 707. You need to set it to 755 or 775. Please refer to this link for the proper permission scheme: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions#Permission_Scheme_for_WordPress
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 22, 2015 at 11:56 am #476988Ok I will do that now but these have not been changed at all and it was working fine? What would cause this change?
I have changed the permissions but still unable to upload images?
July 23, 2015 at 2:49 am #477449Hi!
What happens when you set the /htdocs folder’s permission to 755?
Cheers!
IsmaelJuly 23, 2015 at 9:49 am #477592Hi Ismael.
It still doesn’t show image in library. Oddly, if you click on the broken image to edit it, it will then appear but as soon as you go back to library to add to post it shows as broken again?

I think it’s working now. Did you fix it? I was able to upload an image. http://www.nutritional-insight.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=477&action=edit
