Image sizes even on Blog Post areas

Hi,

We can see that the aspect ratio of the images uploaded in the blog posts are not showing evenly across the website.

There are 3 different sections that are showing the images in 3 different aspect ratios and we can not find the perfect aspect ratio to fit all of them, so we need to make the aspect ratio exactly the same for all of them: 4:3 seems to be the best one for us.

1) Problem 1 is in the “Magazine” element where the “first entry is displayed bigger” is activated, This seems to be almost 4:3 and it looks ok.
2) Next to the first entry, on the right side, there are 4 older articles and they are in a perfect square 1:1
3) We are using “Post Slider” in the Blog page and images are being cropped a lot

So…
What recommendations can you please give us to make sure that the Featured image on each blog post shows perfectly in 4:3 aspect ratio?
