image size error at IE9 and Android

Hi,
After updating WordPress from 3.7 to 3.8, the size of images inserted in Avia text block became incorrect at IE9.0 and Android. It works well at Crome.

The error pages are below.

If you see above pages at IE9.0 and Crome, you can find what is problem.

Hi hojoon!

You need to insert the image size at the size you want them to display when you are first going to insert image. Alternatively you can use the column layout elements to have an image in a half column and the content in the other half (50/50) which will constrain the image.
