Hi there,
Firstly, awesome theme, thank you.
How can we change the proportions of the thumbnails on this page: http://www.mkdev.com.au/ambleside/category/bull-sales/
to be the same as on this page: http://www.mkdev.com.au/ambleside/bull-sales/
Cheers

Are you looking to make them larger or smaller?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJune 22, 2017 at 11:33 pm #811871Hey Jordan,
Thanks for getting back to me. We just need to make the thumbnail size shorter in height, the width will stay the same.
We’d like these thumbnails: http://www.mkdev.com.au/ambleside/category/bull-sales/
To be the same as these thumbnails: http://www.mkdev.com.au/ambleside/bull-sales/
Cheers
TrentJune 22, 2017 at 11:43 pm #811878Hi,
Add the following to quick css:
.slide-image{ height:228px!important; width:402px!important; }
If this effects images that its not supposed to we can narrow it down.

That changed the box size well thank you. Unfortunately, the image stayed the same size though and is now too big for the container:

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Looks like the thumbs were cropped. Need to change settings and regenerate them.Best regards,

June 24, 2017 at 5:37 pm #812468Hi,
I attempted the media size and regen but it did not work. Can you try and re-upload one of the problem images to see if it will still crop?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJune 25, 2017 at 5:33 am #812588Hi Jordan,
We ran regen thumbs as well but with no success. I’ve created a new Test post using a newly uploaded image with the same result, it views correctly until the Category tag page takes over.
Appreciate your thoughts.

The category page definitely tales the old cropped thumbs, you need to remove all of those from your media library.

VictoriaJune 26, 2017 at 10:17 am #812950Hi Victoria,
We can definitely remove the old thumbs but unfortunately when we upload a new image it crops it incorrectly again anyway?
