    This occurs more often than not. Using chrome. IE and FF are ok.

    Hi MartinNorton!

    I’m on Windows 7 but the image is displaying fine and the video is playing. What operating system and browser version are you using? Try disabling all browser add-ons / extensions to see if they are causing issues.

    Hi!

    It shows up fine on my end on Chrome on OS X 10.10. Can you please try disable all browser plugins/extensions and check if that helps?
