    Hi
    my site is built up of many portfolio items like this:
    http://andesworldtravel.com/trips/per-42/

    but some of the pages, built the same exact way, have no margin under the top image, like this:
    http://andesworldtravel.com/trips/per-50/

    I can’t see what is causing this difference in layout, and it’s a pain if I have to add whitespace or something underneath certain images. Can you help me with this? thanks.

    so I think I found the problem – the image without the margin was set to left align, the other one with the right margin was centered. Is it supposed to be like that?

    Yes, that is the correct behavior. Since the image is full width, the content below fails to float beside the image. Set the image alignment to center.
