Hi Genius’, I load an image (the front page portrait picture) into the media archive at 2560 x 2000px. The fullsize/original shows up in the media dropdown size options the FIRST TIME so I can select that size and does in fact load online the first time. The next time I refresh, I see that the picture is blurred and see from the de-bugger that the image has been rendered to 1183 x 924px. When I open up the image again in media archive to select fullsize (original) again, it is no longer on the options list.
Could you brilliant genius’ assist me to know why? https://www.henningdaverne.dk/

Would you mind providing a screenshot of the panel where you are trying to select the image size? And please post the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue further.

Here are the two screenshots… I upload the image and fullsize is available. I can see it onscreen the full showing but then if I refresh or go into the media archive again, it has defaulted to a 1183x924px size. I did try setting the media archive “largest size” to 2560 x 2000 instead of the setting which it has now of 1030 x1030 but it made no difference.

Thanks for that. It might be the Shortpixel plugin which is doing that, please check the Resize large images setting in the plugin settings.

THANK YOU so much, we didn’t know about those Shortpixel plugin settings!! The height was set to 924px which explains the default reset.Regards Annemarie
