Hi Folks,
new question: my image link settings are working not correctly…or
better say…one function are working not correctly, namely the manual download.
If I activate this function the image always opens in the lightbox. After that it is
of course possible to catch the image and drag it to the desktop. But I want that
the download starts directly. So what is the problem here?Thx for your support!

Our image component does not provide the download option. You need to use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-images-download/

thx for your answer! Ok, now I see it clear…jepp, it is only an image link setting,
not an “download-setting“ …that’s a pitty. ;-/ I thought that it is like other
link-funcionalitys…you click and then the link starts directly the download. Very
sad but not changeable…at least for the moment. Is there an consideration
of you to do that in the (near) future? That would be nice, because otherwise
you need again another plugin which is always better to avoid. ;-)Happy holidays for you!

I am not sure it will be added to the theme, since it is readily available with a plugin.
