    Hi guys,

    I have a link on an image but for some reason it isn’t opening up the web page. It opens in a new tab, then closes abruptly. The image to the right of it has a link as well and it works perfectly. Could someone look into this when they get a chance? It is somewhat urgent.

    Hey bobfurgo,

    Is this only happening in Chrome? Please try in an Incognito window, and then check your AdBlocker settings.

    Hi Jordan,
    it’s happening in all browsers. I’m not sure why the link directly next to it would work but this one won’t.

    Hi,

    Please provide admin info so we can look into this further. I would say try to duplicate the working one as is, then simply replace the image and link and see if it still works.

    Hi,

    I would like to apologize for the late response. I can only see two “logos” inside the turquoise side bar, and none of them link to the “coursereport” site. Did you remove it?

    Hi!

    You can use bit.ly to shorten the url of the “coursereport” link/page, so it’s hidden until the actual page is loaded or fetched.

    Hi,

    I’m not really sure what’s going on with that link. Is it only happening when you use that particular link? Have you tried it on incognito mode?

    Yes, it still doesn’t work in incognito. And yes, it’s only when I use that link, or I think any links on the course report site. It might have to do with the popups on the site i’m thinking.

    Yes, it’s probably cause by the adblock. Is it working when you disable the browser’s adblock option?

    I don’t think we can get around that if that’s the case.
