    Hello,

    The lightbox doesn’t seem to be working on any of my websites. I looked at some of the support tickets from last year, but those solutions don’t seem to apply to me. I’ve got the performance setting to display all the time and I’m not using any custom headers or header injection plugins. So I’m at a loss here.

    Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Guys,

    I had the same problem and none of the previous recommendations worked for me…

    I was using the latest theme (4.5.2) with WP 5.0.2

    The problem appeared to be in the child theme! (I removed all plugins and still had the problem)

    When I activated the parent theme without the child, the lightbox worked… eureka!

    I created a new child theme using Oribus Child Theme Creator, I exported the settings from the old child theme and then activated the new child theme and simply imported the settings from the old child theme…. and BOOM, the lightbox started working…

    Just thought my story might help others.
