    Hi,

I have a grid-section 1/2 and 1/2. In one of the grids I want to add an image (like in Enfold Medical Demo/Departments).

The image I’ve uploaded has an 4:3 aspect ratio. The upload was flawless. But the editor unintentionally crops the image on both sides, so that the aspect ratio is another one and some content of the image is cropped. I tried several picture (position, repeat etc.). Even if I Set to “scaled image (whole content is visible), there is only the cropped image. The uploaded image (in wp-content) is uncropped.

    What did I do wrong?

    Thanks for your help.

    Kind regards, Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the details. I set the image to cover the container element, there are no spaces on the left and right now. Please note that some loss of image data is inevitable when setting images as backgrounds.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
