Hi, I’ve been using image with hotspots to explain images of work on my site. Everything was working great until the 4.1 update, now all hotspots stack on top of each other at the top left of the image. Custom colors are also ignored suddenly. For the time being I’ve removed them all as I was using hotpots in my masters ePortfolio to provide more information about elements on my site (we’re working live while taking the course and having profs review our work). This is a major bummer but seems to be due to the WP update. I’m looking into how to disable auto updates from here on out. :'( Just thought it would be a good idea to let you know something has gone haywire lol. :)

I disabled all plugins, cleared cache, restarted browser and checked again with the same result. I’m using the latest version of Enfold 3.0.2.

Using the code inspector, it appears as though the coordinates are now being parsed to include extra characters: ‘ invalidating the positioning in the css? See screenshot below:

I made an example page in the private context box attached to this post that you can view. :)

I got one node (node 4) to display in the correct position by turning debug mode on and removing the ‘ ‘ characters in the shortcode (changing hotspot_pos=’59.2,96.7’ to hotspot_pos=59.2,96.7).

Looks like there’s been a fix released I’ll give it a try and see if everything works again :)

the 3.04 release should fix this as well ;)

Yep, thanks it’s working fine now after the second update. :)
