Tagged: image hotspot
Hi,
I have the the latest WP and Enfold installed but hot-spots are stacked on top of each other and that too on the left side of the image. Previously it worked fine for me on other installations but here it is having problems. I chose to have them appear in different corners but no luck. Upon debugging the CSS i found out that top and left styling isnt getting applied and internal elements have margin and top/left values in negative. You can check this on page http://store.webevangelist.biz/?p=3506
So far I couldn’t find any way to solve this. Can you please look into this using the information i have attached here. Thanks
Hi muslimmedical!
there might be a conflict with a plugin. Please deactivate all of them and afterwards activate them one by one to see which on is causing this issue. Let us know if that helps.
Best regards,
Andy
Hi Andy,
Thanks for you suggestion. i tried but still no luck. All plugins are disabled on the site and you can check it yourself if you want.
Hey!
you are using an old version of Enfold. Please update at first to v 3.0.7 and let’s see if things get better for you.
However I can’t see any hotspots on the link you provided in your first post. Could you show us a link with the issue please?
Regards,
Andy
Ok I will update the theme to see if this solves the issue or not. That is the beauty of the bug that you couldnt see it in first attempt ;)
Image hotspot can be spotted under the text “Blood Pressure Monitor” which is below the post title. Otherwise you can see this image to identify the location. http://imgur.com/ZAM8yYn
