I Do have a new client that I might need to customise Enfold for, but as it is a rather special shop we want to use the portfolio to showcase different product varieties. For that we would need to have image galleries with captions under the thumbnails and the big gallery image. Nothing fancy like the hover-caption on thumbnails is that possible?

Unfortunately that is no solution to what I need. I made a mock-up that is a basic example. Is something like that possible?

It is possible but it would require some theme modification and unfortunately that’s beyond the scope of the support we can offer. If you really need it try contacting a developer.
