YigitOctober 16, 2014 at 11:21 am #336703My customer ask me to remove image animations while they are working wrong.
I’ll make an individual page and share with you.October 16, 2014 at 2:55 pm #336783October 22, 2014 at 3:58 pm #339505If you check http://www.perro.hu main page in Chrome browser, you will see the issue.
I figured out this happening if full with slider placed on the top of the page. With a layer slider the issue not presents.October 22, 2014 at 4:04 pm #339514Hey!
Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Regards,
YigitOctober 24, 2014 at 11:00 am #340543On the other side, where the same issue presents, there is nothing else just wp4 + enfold3. No additional plugins.
October 25, 2014 at 4:43 am #340887Hi!
Thank you for the update.
I checked the home page but I only see one image element there without a fading animation applied. Can you please create a test page so that we can see the issue? You’re not using the latest version of the theme. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

IsmaelDecember 4, 2014 at 11:24 am #362779The page where you can see the issue: http://www.rightsline.com
If I place a slider on the top of the page, than sometimes(!) the fade in / pop up image effects begin when the elements reach the top of the browser only.
No other plugins active. Enfold is the last one. Please help me solve that or my customer kick my ass out. Thanks.

And that happening on all pages where are full with sliders.December 6, 2014 at 5:56 pm #364110Hi!
thanks for the video! I could see your issue on my computer as well after refreshing 10 times the website … Though it might just be a cache issue. I think for people seeing your website the first time it might not happen. Anyway I will flag this for Josue. Let’s wait if he has any idea.
Regards,
AndyDecember 9, 2014 at 2:51 am #365111Thank you. It’s happening on different platforms and browsers.
December 9, 2014 at 4:01 am #365130Hey!
i tried reproducing the issue on my end, here’s the result – http://screencast.com/t/XkMYQOFr5, have you checked it on another computer?
Best regards,
JosueDecember 16, 2014 at 7:24 pm #369102Fine. Guys, Please read carefully what I write, because this issue has no solution, but same things I have to write repeatedly.
Issue happens SOMETIMES and not all the time.
Issue happens on different platforms and different browsers.
Issue happens ONLY if slider placed on the top of the page.
Issue happens even if no other plugins installed than enfold installs.
Issue can be seen on this video: https://app.box.com/s/h19mnba4bh7fnjnuhcsaI really hope you can figure out why it is happening and you can solve that.
By the way I have not receiving and email notification about your replies even if I tick the checkbox.
Thanks.

AndyDecember 21, 2014 at 1:35 pm #371264That is happening on different hosts…
December 22, 2014 at 2:05 am #371381Hi!
What do you mean it is happening on a different hosts? Do you have another Enfold installation on a different hosts? I’m sorry but we can’t help you unless we can reproduce the issue. So far 3 of the support member including me can’t see the issue. I’ll ask the remaining of the support team to take a look.
Cheers!
IsmaelDecember 23, 2014 at 12:26 am #371898Hi!
I see it on my end only in Chrome. I couldn’t reproduce it on my XAMPP setup though.
I tried logging in to do some testing but it’s not letting me in. Is the information correct?
Best regards,
ElliottJanuary 12, 2015 at 1:55 pm #378239Hey Elliott,
It use to be correct. However, if it happens in Chrome (most of my clients are using Chrome) that it happens in one of the most used browser.
Can you do something to fix that? If you don’t, I have to change theme on all three licensed enfold sites and buy another one. In this case I lose money. I hope you don’t let me be in that situation.
Thank you.
January 13, 2015 at 5:33 pm #378935Hey!
Can you fix the login information so we can login and do some testing?

It’s not letting me in.
For the “Video player” text add this to your custom CSS.
.mejs-offscreen, .mejs_offscreen { display: none !important; }
EDIT: Ok I was able to login now but it’s not happening on my end. The site you linked me to is different from the one your having the problem on. Make sure you deactivate all plugins and completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

January 16, 2015 at 7:02 pm #381018Thanks, I made that display none already :)
On the other hand, We are on same way again. Please read back. It is done. Problem still happens. did you tried it in Chrome?
January 19, 2015 at 5:48 pm #381945Hey!
Ok I’m seeing it now. It only happens sometimes when you refresh the page, like a 50/50 chance. I created a test page though and no matter how many times I refresh it does not do the same on the test page. I’m not sure why that’s happening but I’m guessing it’s a combination of the elements your using on your homepage.
Try creating a new page and add the elements in one by one to see which one is causing the problem.
Cheers!
