    Hello Support,

    This issue is sitewide – this is a good page to see the issue:

    There is an image element in the right column.
    The image is seen in the backend/admin editor.
    The image also is appearing in source code inspection.

    It is not actually appearing though to the user/browser – it is as though the element isn’t loading. I’ve checked with incognito mode and other browsers.

    I have looked into a few things to see if I can fix the issue. There hasn’t been any plugins added – it seems to have just “broke”. Maybe with the recent update? The issue was reported to me August 7th.

    I’ve placed FTP & Admin info in the PC area.

    can you please help?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The site’s loading speed is quite slow on our end, which could be the reason why images are not displaying. It’s possible that a plugin conflict is causing the problem. To identify the problematic plugin, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We will wait for the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    I disabled all plugins – the issue still existed.

    P.S. Other photo elements are loading, such as a background image, image gallery, etc.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. This CSS in style.css in your child theme is hiding it:

    .avia-image-container-inner, .big-preview {
    display: none !important;
}

    Please try to remove or modify it.

    Removed “.avia-image-container-inner” and all is working well.
