Image doesn't scale correctly

Hi,

I know this is a crazy question, but I have no idea where else to start: I’ve made a website using your fantastic Enfold theme. On my own various devices everything works perfectly. It same goes when I check the site on various responsiveness-testers.

But at my client’s Asus a56 notebook the images in the full width slider in the top of every page looks crazy. Instead of showing the full image – or maybe even a scaled down version of it – it shows an extreme closeup of the top of the image, which makes the whole design look horrible.

Do you have any idea why the images appearently doesn’t scale down on his notebook?
