    Hello,

    I’m facing a very weird bug and have no more clues.
    When I upload images after 24-48 hours, the image disappears from the Media (and pages). The images still stand physically on the server (so this is not an issue with disk space). Metadata are present but images is replaced by a gray icon.

    I have removed all unnecessary plugins to avoid side-effects.
    My site is multi-site (to share the hosting).

    I found nothing in the server logs nor WordPress logs.
    Do you have any ideas where could I look for or maybe could you give it a look please?

    Hi Olivier,

    Thanks for the login details. I checked the media section on your site, but all the images are displaying as they should on my end. Is this only happening with some images? Please note that this is likely not a theme related problem.

    Hello Rikard,

    Not all, seems to have a threshold date. Very strange.
    I’m willing to pay for a consultancy day if this fixed the issue. This is really blocking for us and don’t make the web site very professional.

    Thanks for the update. We don’t provide consultancy services unfortunately, but you could likely find someone to help you out on a freelancer network, or if you contact Codable. If you need further help from us, then please let us know where we can see the actual problem. There were several images which were uploaded a few days ago, and they were all displaying fine on my end.
