    Hello,

Has anyone run into this error message? It’s causing me to have to go about different ways uploading images to my site and it’s giving me a bit of a headache. I get this error message every time I go to upload a new image through the theme: [broken image]Image crop area preview. Requires mouse interaction.

For example … Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon

I select “Change Image”. Upload an image file. Hit “Select”. Then, I get this screen.

Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. I have been researching this issue for a while now and none of the fixes seem to work for me.

    – Thank You

    Hey thx2net,

This is a more general WordPress question, not really theme related. You can upload a favicon in the theme options, the image is better to be prepared in Photoshop and uploaded to the website.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
