image copyright credits for background images

Hello,

this is my first posting in this forum, but I’ve already been reading lots of posts here since I’ve bought my enfold licenses and was always impressed by this community for helping each other in so many ways.
Now I’m facing a problem and I hope some kind person could help me with a solution for that :-)

Shutterstock and most of the other stock photo services request customers to credit the image author / photographer (e.g. photo: photographer / stockcompany).
enfold has a function to post these credits under an image or as a hover overlay.
But as far as I’ve been testing enfold this doesn’t go for images which are used as a background image for example in color sections or grid rows.
Is there any filter, hook, function, css code or anything like that to show the copyright credits also for background images?

Would be great if someone could help me with that.
