    Hi,

    After uploading a new image to the Easy Slider, the following code is showing on screen in Preview Mode

    [av_slide_full slide_type='image' id='8268' attachment=',' video='' mobile_image='' video_format='' video_ratio='' title='' caption_pos='caption_right caption_right_framed caption_framed' link_apply='' link='lightbox' link_target='' button_label='' button_color='light' link1='' link_target1='' button_label2='' button_color2='light' link2='' link_target2='' video_controls='' video_mute='' video_loop='' video_autoplay='']

    My other slider images which have been there for months are not displaying this code.

    I have the latest Enfold update & have tried de-activating all plugins – but it hasn’t solved the problem.

    Please advise.

    Hi Haycreations!

    What view is this in? That is the raw shortcode output for a slideshow so if it is added to a regular page it would show a slideshow. If it was in a text element in a drag and drop layout it would do the same, or at least should.

    I’m just not quite clear on when/where its showing.

    Hi Devin,

    The code is only showing over the top of any new images that I load into Homepage > Avia Layout> Easy slider> Save> Preview. It doesn’t show over the top of the pre-existing images in Easy slider that were loaded a few months ago (prior to updates).

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

    Do you mind if we take a look at the actual page? Please check the actual slider element then edit it. Are the shortcodes being added on the Caption Text field?

    Hi Ismael,

    Just checked the actual slider element as suggested & yes you were absolutely right – the short codes are being added to the Caption text.
    Is there a work around or will I have just have to manually delete the code in this field each time I upload a new image to the Easy slider?

    Alright. Thank you for the info. I can reproduce the issue on my end. This is also happening on the Fullwidth Easy Slider. We already reported the issue to Kriesi. Please wait for his response.
