    We’ve had a few readers of our blog tell us our image captions sometimes appear well below the image, overwriting text in a lower block. One has attached a screenshot which shows the caption on the image in this post as being half way down the subsequent paragraph, and speculated it could be an iPhone/iPad issue (we don’t have any Apple kit):

    Hi Jason,

    I checked your site in Iphone 8 emulation, but I can’t see any problems there. Do you know which browser was used? Also please share the screenshot of the problem with us, if possible.

    I’m having the same problem on my site – it’s only happening in Safari (Mac). When you move the cursor over a linked photo, the caption jumps down into the text below. Each time the cursor is moved off and back over the photo the caption jumps lower. I went to the link in Jason’s post and saw the same thing as is happening on my site.
