    I would like to make it so that when you touch an image with an image caption overlay on a mobile device (iPad & iPhone), first the overlay caption will show up and then on the second touch it will take you to the image link. The website below was able to do this on mobile devices with the Enfold theme. How can I accomplish the same thing?

    Hey djshortkut!

    That website is just linking to a different section in the same page. You can do that on your end if you’d like. If your trying to have it display the image on first click and then send the user to a different page on the second click then that is going to take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work.
