Hi,
I have added image caption to an image and it is not displayed when put on blog. Please check the last image on this post http://customizewp.com/eliminate-render-blocking-javascript-and-css-above-the-fold-content-in-wordpress-w3-total-cache/
but when I display it directly then it is visible

Any idea how to make it visible on the blog?
It works fine on few PC’s I have checked it on. Can you please have a look once again?
Hey!
Make sure you fill out the “Caption” field before you insert the image into the post: http://www.clipular.com/c/5653306185613312.png?k=kNQbmoGeRFayWLxEBv1BxEmA2_g – otherwise WP won’t add a caption shortcode to the image.
Cheers!
Peter
Hi, Please do not write just ‘any’ reponse. How could happen that one link displays the Caption if I have not inserted it?
Hi!
I’m sorry for that. Are you talking about the caption when you open the image on a lightbox? Have you tried adding it on the “Alternative Text” field?
Regards,
Ismael
No problem. I am talking about the caption below the image embeded on the page. Not in lightbox. I do have same “Alternative Text” filled in.
