    Hello,
I’ve a little problem and I couldn’t find a clear answer through the posts of the forum.
On my legal page, I’ve changed my text email address into a picture one.
But as you can see this 207×22 little JPG picture is all blurred on the page. It doesn’t look so nice.

I specially saved it without jpg optimization, so that the image is as sharp as possible, like the text above.
So how can I disable this burry and resize effects (it is a bit bigger than the size of the font used in the page)
I need no one to tell the difference between the picture and the real text.

    Thanks for your tips ;)
    Have a good day.

    Hey rvga,

The image being used is the one in private, it looks to be 207×22. If you need further help with this then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

Did you install an image compression or optimization plugin? Something is adding a resize parameter in the image URL and resizes the image dynamically based on that value. (see private field)

Why do you need to convert the email address to an image?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
Sorry for this too long silence.
I still have this problem about blurry images. That keeps bother me.

I’ve tried ‘Optimus’ for a while but I disabled it since my pics are optimised enough.
I photoshop them until I got the best quality-weight ratio.

Can you please check again with the new page and credential I give you in private?
    Thanks for your help.

P.S: I imaged my email address for security reasons, but whatever the reason (good or bad) I need to display the sharpest possible pictures on the screen

I have recorded in a bmp file 2 logos displayed side by side. One from the web, one from the Picassa viewer.
    Comparison display

The one on the right is a little bit sharper. That’s the final result I want to display.
    My questions are:
    – How can I disabled this blurry effect that affects the final display?
    – Do you think it’s an Enfold option?
    – Could it be a WP option?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

The theme actually sets the quality of the uploaded image to the highest grade possible, so it is probably cause by something else. Please try to disable all the plugins temporarily and upload a new image — see if that helps.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
