    Hey I want to upload an image as background on my flip box but there I only have option to set it as colour or gradient
    I even updated the theme but still the option is not available

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The background image options are located in the Styling > Background Images toggle of each grid item. Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check it.

    Hey!

    Did you try the suggestion above? The background image option is in the Styling > Background Images toggle of each Grid Item. Edit the flipbox element, click one of the grid items, go to the Styling tab, then click Background Images toggle. You should see the background image options for the front and back flipbox.

    Yes I tried. The bg image option is not there .

    Hi,
    I believe that you misunderstand where the option is, first you need to click the item you want to add a background image to:
    Enfold_Support_663.jpeg
    then go to the styling tab and click background images:
    Enfold_Support_665.jpeg
    these screenshots are from your site, please try this.
